Why do we yawn? One of my new favourite science bloggers, Katie from the Molecular Circus, tried to answer this question on her blog the other day. It's a really interesting read! There are several theories as to why we yawn, and science still doesn't really know - my favourite theory is the empathy one, but it's likely there are a couple of reasons for the existence of yawning. (Click here to read her post!)
Also, did I make all you guys yawn with all this talk of yawning? No? How about a photo - will that help?

Ahhh "Claire's" jewelry, I adore it. Love the size of your necklace (length and pendant size), but I can' t really see the picture...some sort of manga character, no? O.o

Reading this post made me yawn, and it's not like it was boring (you look adorable! Those tights are amazing) - I think it's because I was reading about yawning and thinking about yawing, so then I did. Strange!

I love your outfits those tights are amazing, I also read somewhere that if you have a good relationship with your pet dog if you yawn then your dog will yawn to, I've tried it a few times and it has worked so I think it might be an empathy thing too :)

AH those tights!!! And you paired lavender and mint together which is my FAVORITE combination! I think the bangs (which you call fringe - a much cuter name, no?) look cute on the wig! I want to read about the yawning theories but I know I will start yawning SO much if I do... :)

ReplyDeleteYes!! I did and I even talked to the guy who created and owns it, so exciting. I remember they had a basket of cheap tights too, from $1 - $5! I have no idea what was going on with me and WHY I didn't buy a pair for - I regret that so much. Make sure you do buy a pair ;) but when you see all the tattoo tights in normal stores, hold out for a while because I saw the same tights for 1000 yen on sale in other stores for only 300 yen. Soooooo jealous that you're going to japan, by the way!!!!!
