31 Days of Dressing Up: March 2013





I hope you guys like this post, because I'm not going to lie - taking 31 outfit shots in one day is a lot of work!

I am creating this series with the hope that it'll help inspire you all to get inventive with putting together outfits! I want to show that it doesn't matter if you don't have a gigantic wardrobe - you can squeeze a whole month of outfits out of just 12 items (plus a few accessories here and there).

Which combinations are your favourite? Can you think of any combinations I missed that would look awesome? And do I now get the next month off from doing outfit posts? (Only kidding).

    Amazing- I agree, you don't need a huge wardrobe. It's a good way of not getting bored with your clothes too. I did a post about my wardrobe because I'm turning 30 as a quirky dresser, but as I typed it and really examined my clothes, it ended up being about how I've actually created an interesting capsule wardrobe based on my personal style. I think it's similar with you- you have a certain style and way you mix things, and once you know your formula, you can play around and shop so much more effectively :) http://www.klara.co.uk/blog/dressing-for-your-30s-when-youre-quirky/

    I favourites are 13 and 31!
    Heh, my only problem is that I don't really have any basic colours and prints, so most of my stuff doesn't go together... I keep grabbing really unique items from thrift stores, instead of staple pieces. J:

    I love all of them! But my favourites would have to be 1 and 14, I love the stockings in 1 and you look gorgeous in that little dress in 14 :) love all of the shoes too, they're awesome!

    The outfits number 16 and 31 are my favourites !
    It doesn't appear that you've used only 12 items ! It's paradoxal when we want more and more clothes, though only a few can make such great combinations :)
    That's a very good idea of challenge, but yeah I can't imagine how long it took haha.

    NO FREAKIN' WAY JUST IN ONE DAY?!?!? I'm doin' something a liiiiiittle bit similar but over a month and find it's so hard! have been considerin' getting a pinafore/dungaree kind of thing and reckon it's not a bad idea noww!i think my fave piece of item that you've styled has to be the pink dress!
